Payment terms are provided clearly during the inquiry and confirmation process to ensure a smooth reservation experience.

€500 refunded within 5 days if no damages are incurred.

A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking.
For bookings made less than 60 days before arrival, 100% payment is required at confirmation.
Full settlement of any remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.

Additional charges apply when paying by PayPal, as our quoted fees are net.
Security Deposit and Extras
A €500 damage deposit must be provided to the owner at check-in via Revolut, or by bank transfer before arrival.
This is refunded within 5 days if no damages are incurred.
Any broken or damaged items are chargeable against this deposit based on the villa inventory booklet available on-site.
Taxes and Standard Inclusions
- VAT at 7% is included in our prices
- Wi-Fi is included
- Air conditioning in Villa Watersedge can be added at €20 per night; other villas use a pay/use machine with €10 daily included
- One pet is allowed per villa, with a €75 pet fee
